Our Heritage
Founded by Mr. Law in 1976, who came to the United States with his "American Dream," Excellent Dumpling House has been a cornerstone of the community. Mr. Law, having gained rich experience from renowned restaurants like Mayflower Restaurant and Revolving Restaurant in Hong Kong, brought his culinary expertise to New York. In 1983, he established Excellent Dumpling House in Manhattan, serving traditional Chinese dishes that have been adored by generations of diners.
We are proud to have been featured for multiple consecutive years in the Zagat Guide and recognized by the Michelin Guide. These honors reflect our ongoing commitment to quality cuisine and excellent service.
